Light And Rhythms in Youth with ADHD (LIGHTRAY)

This project evaluates objective circadian timing and light sensing in adolescents aged 13-17 years with and without ADHD-combined type to understand the factors that contribute to sleep challenges and how these relate to clinical symptoms. Research also involves objective measurement of sleep patterns, light exposure, and executive function. Findings will inform use of targeted lighting interventions, light exposure recommendations, and cognitive-behavioral interventions to improve sleep and symptom management in adolescents with ADHD.
